the working principle of servo feeder:

When the servo feeder spindle stops rotating and needs to be supplied, the hydraulic push rod will send the bar material to the CNC lathe spindle in the specified length. After the automatic sending, the hydraulic station will reverse the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pipe to the oil tank, and automatically return the push rod to the starting position under the action of vacuum. The digital lathe is automatically in the supply standby state, and the control circuit sends out an alarm signal to notify the operator Supply.

The hydraulic station supplies hydraulic oil to a certain pressure (0.1~0.2Mpa), and the hydraulic push rod (piston rod in the material) presses the processing rod into the CNC lathe spindle for clamping, immerses the rod into the hydraulic oil in the material pipe, and when the digital control lathe rotates the rod, the damping action rod of the hydraulic oil rises from it.

To install the servo feeder:

1. Adjust the front bracket and rear bracket of the feeder to the same height, and then place them at the rear of the machine. The rubber sleeve of the drum is about 100mm from the lathe, the center of the front bracket is 900mm from the lathe (850-950 is recommended), and the rear bracket is 2500mm from the center of the front bracket, and the main conveyor pipe is installed on the front bracket and the rear bracket.

2. Remove the M6 screw at the tail of the feeder main pipe, the iron wire passes through the main pipe, through the lathe spindle, the nylon thread passes through the lathe spindle, the feeder main pipe pulls, the nylon thread is fixed in the center of the card near the end of the lathe, and the feeder tail tightens the nylon thread.

3. Adjust the feeder tail bracket so that the nylon line is located in the center of the tail of the machine spindle hole.

4. After repeatedly calibrating the center position of the nylon thread, fix the 4 holes at the bottom of the front and rear brackets with expansion screws.

5. After the front bracket and the rear bracket are fixed, the center position of the nylon thread can be recalibrated. If the center position changes, the fine-tuning strips of the front bracket and the rear bracket can be fine-tuned to compensate. After confirming that there is no error, the thread can be removed.
