1. The quality problem of the material itself leads to the phenomenon of snaking and deviation. First, check the quality of the material itself, check whether the material is uneven, bent, uneven thickness, and excessive material edges. If there is, you need to replace the appropriate volume.

2. The wheel pressure of the CNC feeder is insufficient. To adjust the compression spring, increase the pressure to ensure that the left and right compression strength is consistent, while ensuring that the compression spring has a compression material, can not be pulled by hand.

3. Wrong fixing direction of CNC feeder. Pull force will be generated when the upper and lower molds are released. Check whether the width of the reel is in line with the position of the mold guide plate, or whether the mold and the paper feeder are collinear, and whether there are burrs or foreign objects on the car protection plate and bracket.

4, CNC feeder material adjustment is not appropriate. Whether the speed of the leveler and the NC feeder is matched or the distance between the leveler and the NC is appropriate, whether the radian and height of the material meet the requirements, and whether the stamping speed is appropriate.

5. Feeder burst error. The transmission gap between the roller and the servo motor is too large, please tighten the belt to ensure that the length, width and thickness of the coil are standard.
