This will affect the running speed to a certain extent, because the feeding must be completed in a short time, but again, if the other 220 degrees of the stamping cycle can be used, there will be a longer feeding time and faster operation.

Another very nice feature is the ability to fine-tune tiny digital steps when producing some molds with very tiny and precise steps. The third advantage is that it can be fed in a zigzag shape, and the strip can not only move left and right, but also move back and forth. This feeding action can reduce the winding between parts and save up to 13% of raw materials. The simultaneous movement of the two axes increases the speed, and the parts are nested in the mold belt, thereby shortening the steps.
