1. Pressure adjustment method of servo feeder

The servo feeder has a spring pressing force adjustment switch, as long as the force is adjusted according to actual needs, until the conveying material and roller do not slip.

Pressure spring debugging should pay attention to the size of the force. When the adjustment pressure is too high, the material will be deformed, bent and damaged.

If the pressing force is adjusted too small, the servo feeder roller can not be difficult, can not play a role, can not accurately transport a variety of materials. If the material is too narrow or too soft, be sure to pull out and tie the air pipe of the clamping cylinder, and then adjust the spring to a suitable position.

2. Adjustment method of stop wheel width of servo feeder

The servo feed adjusts the width of the stop wheel to match the material. First loosen the screw of the stop wheel, then loosen the servo feeder roller, then put the material into the mold from between the rollers (try to put it in the middle of the rollers), and then move the stop wheel to both sides of the material, and then Leave a gap of about 0.2mm to fix the screw. After plugging, the material should be easy to move by hand.

3. Up and down adjustment method of servo feeder

First of all, the upper and lower height of the servo feeder should be the same as the upper and lower height of the die line of the die. According to the adjustment button, adjust to the same position within the adjustment range. If the height of the upper and lower servo feeder is different from the height of the stamping die, the feeder will not be able to feed smoothly.

The specific method is to loosen the fixing screw on the adjusting button of the feeder, and loosen the screw below the servo feeder, which can be adjusted according to the adjusting screw. Through the rotation in different directions, the position of the CNC feeder can be adjusted, and the position of the horizontal line and the horizontal line can also be adjusted until the position of the die line is adjusted.
