There are two reasons for the offset of the servo feeder: one is that the paper feed roller is not parallel. Second, the material slips during the feeding process.

For the feed rollers are not parallel, there are usually two forms:

① The two feed rollers are not aligned in the horizontal direction. This phenomenon is rare and almost negligible (because the manufacturer will debug and test the feeder before it leaves the factory, which can effectively avoid this situation).

② The feed roller is not parallel up and down during paper feeding. The reason is usually due to the uneven adjustment of the left and right pressure of the compression spring during production and debugging, and one end is heavier and the other end is lighter, resulting in feed offset. The solution is also very simple, just adjust the pressure spring pressure on both sides according to the material thickness.

For the problem of slippage, if the material is skewed due to slippage during the feeding process, the main reason is that the material is too thick. At present, it can be solved in three steps.

1. Increase the pressure of the pressure spring to ensure that the material can be fully compressed. When adjusting the pressure spring, please check whether the color of the spring is yellow or green. Yellow indicates that the compression ratio of the spring is large but the pressure is low. If it is yellow, it can be replaced by a green spring. (Ensure that the material thickness is within the applicable range of the machine)

2. CheckServo feederWhether only one air inlet pipe is connected, if so, connect the other pipe to the solenoid valve. Although the servo feeder has been connected to the air pipe to realize the relaxation function, if the material is too thick, another air pipe needs to be connected to the cylinder of the solenoid valve, so that the cylinder generates thrust and the roller is in a compressed state, so that the roller on the servo feeder is clamped more tightly, so that it does not slip.

3. The material is too thick, the weight is too heavy, and the feed port is pulled to cause slippage. At this time, it is necessary to reduce the waiting area as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the feed speed, and reduce the pulling force behind the feed port to solve the problem of slippage.
