There are many factors that affect the servo feeder, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Feed speed. If the automatic speed of the servo feeder is too fast, the feed roller will slip when the servo motor starts quickly. Or when the motor stops running instantly, the motor shaft shakes and is unstable. Therefore, the faster the feed speed, the worse the accuracy. The slower the speed, the more stable. Solution: The smaller the automatic speed setting, the better, while keeping up with the continuous firing of the punch.

2. Feeding length. The longer the feed length, the greater the cumulative error. Accordingly, the longer the length, the faster the feed speed, thereby affecting the feed accuracy. Solution: slow down the automatic speed, punching is controlled by the feeder.

3. Material width or thickness. The wider or thicker the material, the higher the loading rate. The servo feeder motor is easy to slip when it starts instantly, or it is affected by the gravity reaction of the feeding leveling frame, which affects the accuracy. Solution: Try to choose a large torque motor or increase the width of the fly.

4. The mold is not smooth. During the feeding process, the steel strip does not fit smoothly with the mold, resulting in burrs, sticking, unilateral friction between the steel strip and the mold material, etc. Solution: First check whether the mold is not straight. The mold reference line needs to be perpendicular and parallel to the press table or feeder. Otherwise, the steel belt will deviate during the feeding process. 2. check the mold for damage. Check whether the strip is smooth in the mold.

5, the feeding is not correct, or the compression nut is too tight and too loose. In this case, the general steel belt will run off, affecting the feeding accuracy. Solution: When the servo feeder is feeding, the steel belt needs to be parallel and perpendicular to the feeder. Press the nut or spring evenly on both sides.
