Therefore, it is required that the structure of the four-column hydraulic press must have a certain degree of rigidity.
Common metal stamping machine structures include: three-beam and four-column structure, frame tie-rod structure and single-column vertical structure. The fuselage structure consists of the upper beam of the main cylinder (fixed beam), the movable beam of the main cylinder, the lower beam (workbench), 4 main columns, the fixed beam of the top mold cylinder, the movable beam of the top mold cylinder, 4 auxiliary columns, and round nuts. Together, the 4 main columns are fixed on the workbench through 4 round nuts, the upper beam of the main oil cylinder is fixed on the top of the 4 main columns by 8 nuts, and the main oil cylinder is installed on the beam in a reverse way; similarly, 4 The first auxiliary column is fixed on the workbench by 4 round nuts, the upper beam of the top mold cylinder is fixed on the top of the 4 auxiliary columns by 8 nuts, and the top mold oil cylinder is installed on the beam in the way of reverse installation, and there is a sufficient pre-installation The tightening force ensures that there is no gap and misalignment between the nut and the upper and lower beams during operation.
