Several factors of precision steel frame punch ability
When using precision steel frame punch for work, the pressurizing capacity, torque and working force can never exceed the specifications. If the operation exceeds the specification value, not only the precision steel frame punch will be damaged, but also the danger of personal accidents, so we must pay great attention to it.
The so-called "pressurization capacity" refers to the maximum allowable pressurization capacity below the position where the ability to safely bear the load on the precision steel frame punch structure occurs. However, considering the differences in material thickness, tensile strength (hardness), changes in die lubrication or wear, and other factors, the pressurizing capacity must be given a certain degree of tolerance.
The pressurizing capacity of the precision steel frame punch varies according to the position of the slider. It is the "stroke pressure curve" that represents this change. When using this machine, the working load must be less than the pressure indicated by the curve. There is no safety device for torque capacity. The overload safety device or interlocking mechanism described above is a device corresponding to the load capacity and has no direct relationship with the "torque capacity" mentioned in this item.
The functional power of a precision steel frame punch refers to the "work energy", that is, the amount of work done each time it is pressurized. The energy of the flywheel and the energy that can be used for a job in the output of the main motor are limited. If the punch is used under conditions that exceed the range of its functional capacity, the speed will be reduced and the main motor will eventually stop due to heat.
The precision steel frame punch card mold generally occurs when the torque capacity is exceeded. This phenomenon may also occur when the clutch is not fully engaged and the load is applied. This phenomenon will have an undesirable effect on the clutch, so once it is discovered, it should be stopped immediately before or during the operation, and necessary measures should be taken to prevent it from happening again.
The precision steel frame punch allows eccentricity. Basically, eccentric load should be avoided. The occurrence of eccentric load will cause the sliding block and the work surface to tilt. Please limit the load usage to ensure the safety of the machine.
In order to use the precision steel frame punch in the best condition and ensure the service life of the clutch brake, please use it below the intermittent stroke (SPM) listed in the regulations. If the number of intermittent strokes above the regulation is exceeded, the friction plate of the clutch brake will be abnormally worn, which is prone to failure.
