1. Improve the service life of the small convex mold
For small convex dies whose diameter is equal to or less than the material thickness, an expansion sleeve protection device is installed for the continuous die of the high-speed punch press. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the gap value of the small convex die and the structure of the leakage part of the continuous die of the high-speed punch press. , increase the double-sided clearance value from 8% of the original design to 14-15%, change the shape of the concave die insert, set the height dimension of the cutting edge part to 2-2.5 times the material thickness, and set the gas elimination part (cone surface ) roughness up to Ral.6. 2. Increase the number of times the convex mold can be sharpened
In order to improve the sharpening times of the punch and facilitate loading and unloading, a new punch fixing method can be used on the continuous die of the high-speed punch. When fixing, the punch does not have a fixing table, but is fixed with a small pressure plate. Every time the cutting edge is ground, the punch groove is ground at the same time by the same amount of sharpening, and the same thick steel gasket is placed on the bottom of the punch. This structure not only improves the sharpening times of the continuous die and punch of the high-speed punch, but also facilitates disassembly and installation.
