How does the precision four-guide column punch work
The upper die of the precision four-guide column punch is the upper part of the whole set, which is installed on the die part of the slider. The upper die seat is the upper plate part of the upper die. The workpiece and the pressing block are connected together and fixed with the pressing block slider. The lower die is the next part of the set and is mounted on the table of the press. The formwork is the lower surface of the lower formwork, which is directly fixed on the workbench or on the flat plate. Trim is the sidewall of the die edge. The bevel angle of the cutting edge is the punching die hole for each bevel. The air cushion is the top device that uses the compressed air of the high-speed punch press as the main power.
The precision four-guide column punch guide sleeve is a precise guiding device for the relative movement of the upper and lower molds of tubular parts, and most of them are matched with the guide columns fixed on the upper and lower mold seats. It is necessary to ensure that the punch and die are aligned, guided and unloaded (parts) for a precise sliding fit of the plate-like part within the punch. The guide column is a cylindrical part, which provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower molds.
