Basic definition of Eccentric Mechanical Power Press Machine
Eccentric Mechanical Power Press Machine (including punch press, hydraulic press) is a versatile press machine with exquisite structure. With the characteristics of wide application and high production efficiency, the press can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes. Processed into parts by applying intense pressure to a metal blank to cause the metal to plastically deform and fracture.
When the mechanical press is working, the motor drives the large pulley (usually double as a flywheel) through the V-belt, and drives the crank slider mechanism through the gear pair and clutch, so that the slider and the punch go down in a straight line. After the forging work of the mechanical press is completed, the slider moves upward, the clutch is automatically disengaged, and at the same time the automatic device on the crankshaft is turned on, so that the slider stops near the top dead center.
Eccentric Mechanical Power Press Machine drives the working mechanism by the motor through the transmission mechanism, and applies process force to the workpiece. The transmission mechanism is a reduction mechanism of belt transmission and gear transmission; the working mechanism is divided into a screw mechanism, a crank connecting rod mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder.
