Characteristics of servo feeder:

The working principle of the servo feeder: The servo feeder can only transport coils. The feeder controls and adjusts the width of the material through the adjustment seat of the feed port, enters the servo drive drum, and squeezes under the mountain to realize the material leveling function. After the coil enters the leveling machine for leveling, it can reach the feed port of the servo feeder. Then, after adjusting the width of the material through the adjustable sides, the servo drive roller moves through the eccentric balance wheel, which is smooth and orderly. According to the set stamping production cycle time, the stamping coil is sent to the stamping production area. That is, after the stamping coil is fed into the rollers of the high and low feeders, its height and the front and rear distance of the rollers of the feeders are adjusted by the eccentric wheel. After adjusting to the designated position, the servo drive motor runs through the mobilization connecting rod, and the mobilization drive shaft rotates back and forth. The drive shaft acts on the upper and lower rollers to rotate step by step through one-way transmission accessories, and the lower and upper rollers rotate synchronously, thereby driving the coil to move forward and forming continuous operation.

The servo control system of the servo feeder uses a servo stepping motor to drive the lower roller through the pulley block, and completes the quantitative conveying of the material through servo control technology, that is, according to the different requirements of the feeding length, it can be carried out on the independent electric control box of the feeder Simple input, then control the servo stepping motor and stepping motor driver to change the rotation angle of the lower roller each time, so as to make the feeding action of the correct length, and quickly feed material to the correct punching position. Using this method, precision punching machines can be used for rapid stamping. It has the advantages of simple adjustment, high feeding accuracy, good stability, and wide application range.
