When the roller feeder is in use, the output shaft of the punch provides power to drive the fair rotation, and drives the outer rocker wheel to rotate through the cross joint (right tooth), the adjustable pull rod and the cross joint (left tooth). The inner rocker wheel is located inside the frame, and the inner rocker wheel and the outer rocker wheel drive shaft are connected together. The sliding groove moves, the nut is hinged with the top of the rocker arm, and is matched with the screw rod fixed at the bottom of the sliding plate. The movement of the rocker arm is through the cooperation of the nut and the screw rod, so that the sliding plate can move back and forth along the guide rail on the upper surface of the frame.

At this time, many customers are wondering why to ask the height of the mold line. In fact, this is determined by the device mode of the punch feeder. The current punch feeder, whether it is a pneumatic feeder, a roller feeder, or a numerical control feeder, is also a clip-on feeder. It is a stop device fixed on the side table of the punch. In order to ensure feed jitter, the fixing bolts on the device plate need to be adjusted according to different molds. Change the height of the feeder feeding line, and adjust the height of the feeder feeding line according to the customer's time and the height of the mold.
