Taiyida punch is an important category of CNC machine tools. It is mainly composed of control system, main transmission system, feeding system, turntable, mold and peripheral programming software. It is a high-speed precision flexible processing equipment integrating machine, electricity, liquid and gas. It can carry out blanking and other forming processes on plates, as shown in the figure1 is shown. As a key equipment in the field of plate processing, Taiyida punch has been applied and developed for more than 70 years, and has become the most important process equipment in automobile manufacturing, construction machinery, hardware, household appliances, computers, instrumentation, electronic information, textile machinery and other industries.

Classification and characteristics of Taiyida punch

According to the power supply of the main drive, Taiyida punch can be divided into the following three categories:

⑴ Mechanical turret punch press. This structure has single motion characteristics, narrow processing range, low stamping frequency, high noise, easy wear of clutches and brakes, and low service life. It has been basically eliminated by the market.

⑵ Hydraulic turret punch press. The punch is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and controlled by an electro-hydraulic servo valve. For a long time, this type of product has been the main product on the market. Compared with mechanical, its advantage is to expand the stamping processing capacity, improve the stamping frequency, reduce noise. However, there are some disadvantages, such as oil pollution, high power consumption, poor environmental and temperature resistance, low reliability and difficult maintenance.

⑶ All-electric servo turret punch press. With the improvement and promotion of high-torque servo motors and drive systems in recent years, all-electric servo turret punches have made great progress and gradually replaced the hydraulic structure as the main product of the industry.

Compared with traditional mechanical and hydraulic types, the fully electric servo main drive has many advantages:

1) good versatility, high level of intelligence. Due to the servo function, the movement curve of the punch is no longer just a sine curve, but an arbitrary curve that can be optimized according to the process requirements, which greatly improves the processing performance and expands the processing range.

2) High precision. The encoder on the servo motor can feed back the rotation angle information of the crank to the CNC system, and then obtain the real-time data of the punch position through the function relationship between the punch displacement and the crank angle, form a semi-closed loop control, and realize the precise control of the punch movement. The accuracy of the bottom dead center can be controlled within ± 0.05mm.

3) High production efficiency. The servo punch can adjust the stroke of the punch according to different processing techniques. In a working cycle, it is not necessary to complete 360 ° rotation, but to complete the processing by swinging at a certain angle, which further shortens the cycle time and greatly improves the production efficiency.

4) Energy saving and environmental protection. The Taiyida punch driven by the servo motor completely relies on the torque of the motor, and the motor only rotates when the punch moves, so the energy saving effect is very obvious.

5) Low vibration and noise. By setting the speed characteristic curve of the punch, when the upper die contacts the plate, the moving speed of the punch can be appropriately reduced. Compared with the traditional mechanical and hydraulic CNC turret punch, the noise can be reduced by 8-12dB.
